We make buying tickets easy.
1. Sign in.
If you haven’t already signed up with us, it’s easy. All we need is a little info about you so that we can be sure to get you the tickets you need, like your delivery address and contact details. Get started here.
2. Find your event.
We have thousands of sport, theatre and music events listed on our site. Just type the name of the event you are looking for into our search browser at the top right hand corner of the screen.
3. Choose the where and the when.
Choose from our list of venues and dates for the event you have selected. To get a better idea of dates, use our handy events calendar to see what’s on for any day of the year.
4. Pick your price and your seats.
Our price range depends on where the seats are located in the venue. Using the venue seating plan provided, decide which tickets you would like. Once you have chosen, add the tickets to your cart.
5. Check Out.
This screen will show you all the tickets you have placed in your shopping cart. If you are ready to buy, click on ‘Go to Order Review’.
6. Review your order.
Go over the details of the ticket(s) you have chosen. If you think everything looks okay, read through our Terms & Conditions. Once you have done so, tick the agreement box and click on ‘Go to Payment Details’.
6. Enter your payment details.
Enter your bank / credit card details into our 128 bit SSL encrypted safe and secure system. The security of all transactions on our site means everything to us - it means you can shop with peace of mind.
7. One click and you’re there!
After you have provided all your payment information, click on ‘Complete Order’ to finalise your purchase. Once your order is placed, we will send you a confirmation email with complete details of your purchase.
8. Getting your tickets.
We guarantee that you receive your tickets within two weeks of the event. As we specialise in sold out events, many listed events are pre-booked and the dispatch date depends on when the actual hard copy tickets are released
